Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return your purchase. You (buyer) are responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

When returning a product to Fas-top, please return all parts in their original packaging.

Non-refundable costs include: Original shipping, return shipping, taxes and handling cost.

Soft Truck Topper (Traveler & SOLO Series)

Can I use the Fas-Top topper with other tonneau cover brands?

No. Fas-Top topper is a top mount design that will only work with a top mount tonneau cover that latches the same way.

Do you make covers for my pickups make, model and year.

Yes. We custom make all of our covers based on the make, model , year and bed size of your pickup. If your pickup isn't listed in the options call (833) 322-6289.

Do I have to have a tonneau cover if I just want the topper?

You can order the Fas-Top Solo which is just the Soft truck Topper without the tonneau cover. You can always purchase the tonneau cover later on.

When the tonneau cover is rolled up against the cab and the topper is up, where does the water flow ?

The topper attaches to a flap on the underside of the tonneau cover. The small amount of water that gets in this area runs along the attachment flap to the sides of the cover and flows off the side of the box.

How long does it take to install the Fas-Top TRV Package (Tonneau & Topper)?

30-40 minutes

When you are using the tonneau cover do I have to uninstall and completely remove topper?

No. The fas-top topper folds down and neatly stores in a sling inside your pickup box. However, if you wanted to completely remove the topper. It can be done easily by removing two pins and two straps.

What are the g-hooks for?

The g-hooks allow the topper sides to be rolled up.

Can you close the topper from inside the box?

Yes

How secure is the topper from theft?

The topper locks when the tailgate is closed. Also, there is a black out window option if you want to go for more of an "Out of sight. Out of mind." security approach.

How much does the travel package weigh?

The topper and tonneau together weigh 70lbs.

Can the fas-top topper handle high winds?

Yes. The Fas-Top topper can withstand the same speeds as a hard top. It is actually latched the same way the tonneau cover is; a roll bar with a trigger latch and velcro sides.

This topper is manufactured and tested in North Dakota, an area known for its "badland prairie" winds.

Do I have to drill holes in my vehicle to install the travel package?

Can I drive the Fas-top topper through carwash?

Yes, make sure to rinse off cleaning agents completely.

Is the black out blind removable?

Yes. It is attached with velcro.

If I order the rear mesh window, can I switch it out for the clear window and vice versa?

Yes
