How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the desired item, adding it to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us sales@solssentials.com for more information on bulk pricing or fill out our quote form here.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at +1(530) 230-2848 the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@solssentials.com any time. 

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for an item to be shipped?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery in the contiguous USA.

Do you provide tracking information for shipments?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package's journey.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping for a wide range of our products. If you're located outside the US and require a shipping quote, feel free to reach out to us for a tailored estimate. Please be aware that any extra taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Some items may also be subject to shipping limitations.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

Yes, but most items incur additional shipping fees. Email us at sales@solssentials.com for specific rates to avoid any potential restocking fees.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items and a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please refer to our return policy as they vary per manufacturer.

How do I submit a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return to obtain a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") number. All return items require prior approval and will not be accepted without an RGA number. Remember to display the RGA number prominently on the return package. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

When can I expect to receive a refund for my returned item?

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

What if my product is damaged?

Inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Note any damage upon delivery and if damaged, report it within 48 hours by sending photos to sales@solssentials.com. We'll assist with repairs or replacements as needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel an order, immediately contact our customer service to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled before processing receive a full refund; after processing, they are subject to our 30 Day Return Policy and return shipping costs.
