When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@solssentials.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at +1 (833)322-6289 the chat in the bottom right, or email support@solssentials.com any time.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Solssentials control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

THE YUME SCOOTER LIMITED 12-MONTH WARRANTY
This policy is valid as of June 1st, 2024.
The warranty would be registered automatically when date the customer receives the scooter, During our warranty period, if you experience any problems with the construction or mechanical features of your e-scooter, please contact support@yumescooter.com to start the warranty claim process. Our team will work with you to determine the proper solution to the issue and the best way to come to a proper fix.
If your e-scooter experiences any damages due to part quality issues, YUME will send the proper replacement part for repair along with the guide to safely replace the part in question.
NOT INCLUDED UNDER WARRANTY
-Damage to the e-scooter caused by collision
-Damage to the e-scooter caused by improper riding, overloading, or being placed in unsafe environments
-Battery damage due to immersion in water, heavy rain, etc.
-Dormant battery damage from lack of care and maintenance when not riding.
-Damage to the e-scooter caused by unauthorized modification of the vehicle and unauthorized alteration of the internal wiring of the e-scooter.
-Transferred by others or purchased on other platforms.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE:
YUME will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) excluding user error.
1. LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIMS
*The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the scooter and ends when it expires (Warranty qualification is not transferable).

- Please provide the order number and proof of purchase as after-sales information.
- Photos or videos of the damaged product is required a reference for diagnosis.
NOTICE:
-YUME will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product.
-Damage to the e-scooter caused by collision not included warranty.
2. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please email us and provide us with a photo or video proof.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
3.COST
Any required parts, including parts shipping, are free of charge, in case you can repair this at home. YUME is also developing a network of service centers within the EU. Labor at our service center is free of charge. If you ship the scooter to our repair center, you will need to pay for shipping.
TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the scooter cannot be broken or will last forever. It does mean that the scooter is covered subject to the terms of the limited warranty. This limited warranty is void if the scooter is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue damage is a symptom of the frame being worn out through normal use. It is one kind of normal wear and tear, and it is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his/her scooter. Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or from the installation of parts and accessories not compatible with the YUME scooter, is not covered.
During the duration of this limited warranty, YUME will either repair any defective frame or component or, at our option, replace any defective frame or component with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available.
This Limited Warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. The consumer may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this limited warranty does not apply, such determination shall not affect any other provision of this limited warranty and all other provisions shall remain in effect.
WARRANTY TERMS SPECIFIC TO E-SCOOTERS
This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric scooter components that are found defective, provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the scooter frame, electric motor, battery, display, and controller.
Corrosion on electrical components is not covered by the warranty. You should dry the contacts on the battery and other electrical parts to prevent corrosion and oxidizing. An electrical contact cleaner can be used to keep connections clean if needed. In extreme weather (for example, in a community where roads are salted in winter) you can apply battery terminal grease as a preventative.
FAQ ABOUT OUR WARRANTY
I crashed and damaged my scooter. Is warranty coverage available to me?
Sorry, crashes or accidents are not covered by the warranty policy. The warranty only covers defects in manufacturing, not damage from crashes.
